You begin to loose social capital if you have bad character and people in the music industry will start labeling you as such. Whether you are an Artiste or a Music Business Professional, your brand identity is what you should consider as part of your valuable asset in your career. The perception of your brand determines the value placed on your works either as a product or service. In this highly competitive industry, most people fail because they don’t have a unique brand identity so it’s hard for them to have a cutting edge over their contemporaries.

When you lack the skill to organize, prioritize and delegate, you will inevitably loose things like time, money and energy.
