Ghana’s Black Sheriff And Nigeria’s KelP Are Set To Feature In A Soundtrack Of An Hollywood Movie

Ghana’s Black Sheriff and Nigeria’s Kelp are set to feature in the soundtrack of a Hollywood movie.

Michael B. Jordan is set to release his new blockbuster movie “Creed III,” and two African music creatives, Black Sheriff and Kel p, will feature in one of the tracks. Dreamville Studios has released the full track for the movie, and Black Sheriff and Kelp will be featured in the song “Blood, Sweat, and Tears.”

The 21-year-old Black Sheriff broke into the music industry in 2019 and, after his hit song in 2021, “Second Sermon,” he has been a musical sensation around the world ever since.

He has been doing well for himself, with lots of features both within and outside Africa. Just recently, he won the Souncity MVP Awards for best hip-hop. His genre of music—afro-fusion, high life, drill music, rap, and hip-hop—definitely works with the Creed movie.

Nigeria’s Kel P is a producer, singer, and songwriter. He’s the name behind a lot of hit songs and albums. He co-produced the Grammy Award-winning album Mother Nature by Angelique Kidjo and the Grammy Nominated Album “Made in Lagos” (Deluxe Version) by Wizkid. He also produced and was part of the writing team for the Grammy-nominated album “African Giant” by Burna Boy. He has done great with African music, and it would be interesting to see his effect on the Creed soundtrack he’s featured in.

The movie “Creed III” is directed and co-produced by Michael Jordan. The songs are produced at the Dreamville studio and will feature a lot of talents signed to the record label. The movie is set to be released on March 3, 2023, and is definitely well anticipated.
